Level 1 Summer Camp

Pursuit Fitness's Level 1 Summer Camp is designed for local children ages 11 to 13. We train Monday through Thursday beginning June 6th through September 1st. This version of our youth summer programs will encompass 24, hour-long sessions that focus on several different aspects of fitness, including speed, balance, and agility, bodyweight, and band strength training. The primary focus of this summer camp in Blaine, MN is to increase your pre-teen’s confidence, balance, and body control in order to enforce better sports performance and body awareness.

Level 2 Summer Camp

Pursuit Fitness's Level 2 Summer Camp is designed for participants ages 14 to 16. This summer camp will also be scheduled to run Monday through Thursday from June 6th to September 1st. The Level 2 youth summer program builds upon basic principles of speed, agility, and strength. During a total of 48 sessions, your teenager will focus on acceleration, change of direction, and athletic progress, allowing him or her to build muscle and increase their overall fitness. This summer camp in Blaine, MN is especially helpful in improving overall sport performance.

Level 3 Summer Camp

For young adults aged 16 to 19 in our community, Pursuit Fitness offers our Level 3 Summer Camp, scheduled to run from June 6th to September 1st for a total of 48 sessions. The training incorporated in this youth summer program is again a little more advanced, with a focus on sport-specific speed training and custom workouts. Young adult participants will receive advanced strength training geared towards off-season athletes and will be able to track their progress and see optimal results. Additionally, this summer camp in Blaine, MN includes nutritional guidelines in order to meet each individual’s unique goals.

Three Month Speed & Strength Training

Our Pursuit Fitness Blaine, MN location is proud to help members of our community, both adults and children, keep up their physical activity and build their strength. This is why each of our youth summer programs described above are broken down into three separate phases — strength, volume, and power — in order to help teens and young adults maintain their overall fitness.   • Level 1: Two payments of $175

  • Level 2: Three payments of $185

  • Level 3: Three payments of $195
