Now featuring CrossFit classes to push your fitness goals to a new level. Our CrossFit programs will feature a 1 week anatomical adaptation phase to establish the proper form, technique, and conditioning to start pursuing CrossFit workouts.

Classes: Monday-Thursday and Saturday 5am | 6am | 7am | 8am | 5pm | 6pm

CrossFit Robot classes are for all skill levels and feature a 20-25 min strength portion, along with a 15-20 min metabolic circuit portion in every session.
