3 Month Speed and Strength

The Ultimate Sport Performance Camp

Ages 11-18+ Class size 10-12

Lv 1 24 sessions (each 60 minutes)

Lv 2 48 sessions

Lv 3 48 sessions

The Camp features 3 different phases

  • Phase 1: Strength
  • Phase 2: Volume
  • Phase 3: Power

FALL Schedule:

Lv 1 ages 11-13: | 5:30 pm Mon-Thur

Lv 2 ages 14-16: | 4:30 pm | 6:30 pm Mon-Thur

Lv 3 ages 16-19: | 3:30 pm | 4:30 pm | 6:30 pm Mon-Thur

Level 1 Fall Camp

Sept 5th- Dec 5th

  • 60 minute classes training 2x per week
  • 30 minutes speed, balance, and agility work
  • 20 minutes of body weight, band strength training
  • Main focus is to increase confidence, balance, and body control at this age
  • 2 payments of $165 for 3 months training 2x per week

Level 2 Fall Camp

Sept 5th- Dec 5th

  • 60 minute classes training 4x per week
  • 20 minutes of speed and agility focusing on acceleration and change of direction
  • 30 minutes of strength training tracked by athletes custom teambuildr account. Athletes progress through each phase to build speed and more muscle for total increase of athletic performance
  • 3 payments of $175 for 3 months training 4x per week

Level 3 Fall Camp

Sept 5th- Dec 5th

  • 60-70 minutes training 4x per week
  • 20-25 minutes of sport specific speed and plyometric training
  • 30-40 minutes of advanced strength training geared to in season of off season athletes depending on their sport.
  • Each athlete gets a custom workout which is tracked using their teambuildr accounts.
  • 3 phase programs ensure proper progressions and optimal results
  • Nutrition guidelines are also provided for each athlete specific to their goals
  • 3 payments of $175 for 3 months training 4x per week
