Are you ready to increase your speed and improve your footwork? Our FASST Soccer Program at Pursuit Fitness includes 60-minute training sessions that increase your athlete’s speed, agility, and strength.
Classes: Monday-Friday
FASST Fitness Agility Soccer Specific Training
60 minutes of Soccer based fitness
10 minutes of dynamic warm-up
15-20 minutes of Speed and Agility footwork
15-20 minutes of Strength work specific to Lv 1, 2, and 3
5 min cool down core.
