How Do You know FASST is for your athlete?
FASST is for all soccer players ages 10-18 years old. This program will help soccer players with acceleration, foot speed, strength, core, and injury prevention. The program will train soccer players year round with in season and off season specific protocols.
The program has 3 different age groups with 3 separate skill levels. Each of these groups allows for optimal training with correct progressive programs. Finally FASST has an Elite level for all returning NCAA or professional soccer players.
Level 1: Minimal to no fitness or agility experience.
Level 2: Athlete has completed at least 3 months of Pursuit Fitness or FASST programming. Completing The 3 month Pursuit Power Camp also qualifies for level 2. This level will start to transition the athletes to new workouts, and increase the level of intensity at the workouts. The athletes will start to test in weight circuits, and track their progress through 3 month programs. Level 2 athletes will train 3-4 days a week.
Level 3: Athlete has 6 or more months completed of Pursuit Fitness or FASST programming. Level 3 will introduce more complex exercises, more volume, and challenge the athletes that have become more driven as a result of training at Pursuit for so many months. Athletes will be introduced into sport specific programming and periodization programs. Meal plans will also be generated for the athletes. Level 3 athletes can train 3-5 times per week.
Age group 1: Age 10-13
Training: Athletes starting at this age will learn proper form and establish the right concepts of certain core exercises. Exercises will help the athletes gain better balance, more coordination, and overall more confidence. The Group 1 age category will incorporate fun and challenging workouts for the kids to look forward to and buy in.
Age group 2: Age 14-15
Training: Athletes in this age group will be transitioning into high school or in their first 2 years of high school. This age group will learn to train with more free weights and have an increase in overall workouts, intensity, and conditioning in the sessions. Athletes in this age group may also start to train sport specific periodization if they are at Level 3.
Age group 3: Age 16-18
Training: Athletes in this age group will be administered periodization programs If they are level 2-3 and train with a high intensity. The pace of each session will be quicker and force the athletes to push themselves thus providing better results. At this age kids are maturing and able to add more volume to their programs as long as they have progressed through the appropriate levels and age groups.
Elite group: Age 18+
Training: This training will incorporate speed, conditioning, and strength workouts all in one day. Athletes at this age group will have a good understanding of Olympic movements, and will be expected to train with those exercises. This training group will still incorporate the 3 levels. Level 1 will train with level 1s. Level 2 and Level 3 will train together.

Age Group 1: 10-13 $360 for 3 months of training 2-3x per week. Schedule your days on the calendar. This can be 3 separate payments of $120 made each month.
Age Group 2: 14-15 $450 for 3 months of training 3-4x per week. Schedule your days on the calendar. This package can be 3 separate payments of $150 made each month.
Age Group 3: 16-18 $450 for 3 months of training 3-4x per week.
