Increase vertical and balance with lower body exercise
Improve lateral speed and explosiveness with band resisted drills
Build shooting and passing strength with upper body workouts
Volleyball specific programs feature Pursuit MVP plyometric program
8 weeks of preseason training gives players the edge for next season.

Pursuits Tactical wrestling program is designed for wrestlers, law enforcement trainees, and military trainees. Program features
-1 month anatomical adaption
-1 month strength hypertrophy
-1 month preseason endurance tactical training
Pursuits Hockey Dryland develops preseason programs and in season programs for all positions. The Hockey training features:
-lateral plyometric training
-isometric and eccentric strength training
-stretching and injury prevention
Athletes work on shoulder strength, hitting speed, reaction, and explosive first step for base running.
Core exercises and stability workouts help with reducing injury
Training times are Mon-Friday 3-5 pm
Pursuits lacrosse programs feature rotational explosive workouts, agility, plyometrics, and strength protocols. These athletes are trained to gain strength and stability, then move on to explosive power workouts to get ready for season.
Pursuit Performance is a great program for any athlete looking to train 4-5 days a week for 1 month. This program can be used for transition periods, preseason, off season, or simply to try pursuit out. The program features all sports, and includes emailed workouts with online coaching.

F.a.s.s.t. soccer training
FASST 8 is a great package for new athletes. The 8 sessions will give athletes a great base for starting their training program. Each session will focus on speed, agility, core strength and full body circuit movements designed for soccer players. The workout tempo will be fast paced, light weight interval based to get the heart rate up and build endurance.
Wednesday 4pm and 5pm
Adult group classes feature month to month workout schemes involving crossfit, strength, and fat burning metabolic workouts.
Adult Fitness classes are for all skill levels and feature a 20-25 min strength portion, along with a 15-20 min metabolic circuit portion in every session. Each session will be different and challenge you in every way!
Pursuit Phase 4 Program
Phase 1: 4-5 days a week for 3 months
After completing Phase 1, you will begin Phase 2 and adjust your goals and training volume.
Each phase is designed to get you past plateaus, and keep getting results
-You will receive 1 nutrition program, and be enrolled in our Teambuildr app which sends workouts and tracks weights.
-3 program options, each program has 4 phases
Program 1- weight loss
Program 2- lean muscle gain and fat burn
Program 3- muscle mass gain
Each phase last 3 months to ensure optimal results and performance. The next Phase is designed to get you past your previous plateaus
1st month is anatomical adaptation: body learns the movements and builds muscle
upper body, lower body, and full body workouts
2nd month goes into strength training and cardio to increase rate of progress
upper body strength, lower body strength, full body endurance light weight, full body H.I.I.T.
3rd month works specifically with each program selection to ensure optimal results
Weight loss will go 5 days of full body endurance and full body H.I.I.T.
Lean Muscle and Fat burn will go 5 days of mixed sessions upper, lower, full body, and H.I.I.T.
Muscle Mass will go 5 days of Hypertrophy and Power Strength training
