Pursuit Phase 4 Program

  • Phase 1: 4-5 days a week for 3 months

  • After completing Phase 1, you will begin Phase 2 and adjust your goals and training volume.

  • Each phase is designed to get you past plateaus, and keep getting results

-You will receive 1 nutrition program, and be enrolled in our Teambuildr app which sends workouts and tracks weights.

-3 program options, each program has 4 phases

  • Program 1- weight loss

  • Program 2- lean muscle gain and fat burn

  • Program 3- muscle mass gain

Each phase last 3 months to ensure optimal results and performance. The next Phase is designed to get you past your previous plateaus

1st month is anatomical adaptation: body learns the movements and builds muscle

  • upper body, lower body, and full body workouts

2nd month goes into strength training and cardio to increase rate of progress

  • upper body strength, lower body strength, full body endurance light weight, full body H.I.I.T.

3rd month works specifically with each program selection to ensure optimal results

  • Weight loss will go 5 days of full body endurance and full body H.I.I.T.

  • Lean Muscle and Fat burn will go 5 days of mixed sessions upper, lower, full body, and H.I.I.T.

  • Muscle Mass will go 5 days of Hypertrophy and Power Strength training
